Stephanie Toombs: Founder Director
Envisioning the Chattanooga churches and faith-based organizations coming together in an alliance, collaborating, and intersecting to apply their various ministry offerings and resources, Mrs. Toomb’s degree in Social work and her Masters in Higher Educational Administration have qualified her to serve the Chattanooga area for almost thirty years.
Mr. Toombs, newly retired from Bristol Myers Squibb, has served on the Step uP Board for two years and has committed to helping the organization reach the materially poor utilizing his years of corporate financial experience. Mr. Toombs has extensive nonprofit board experience, serving on the Silverdale Baptist Academy for 16 years.
A Chattanooga area insurance producer, with a heart for the community and spreading the love of Christ through mentorship. Mr. Caldwell is also a Faith and Finance Ally, as well as a Work Life Ally. Mr. Caldwell has mentored nationally and internationally and brings a wealth of experience and passion.
First African-American female to serve as Community Organizer for the Office of District Attorney General Neal Pinkston. Since 2017, this role has afforded her the opportunity to partner with area entities and create programs for those most at risk of offending and re-offending.
Owner of Advance Planning Associates and the former Vice President of Sales for SCI Northwest Region, Mr. Hopkins has spent countless hours in Christian outreach and ministry mentorship.
Currently a graduate student working on her Masters in International Community Development, she has spent 20+ years in marketing, administration, and management for nonprofit, as well as commercial industries. Bonita is currently working in property management with Alco Management of Memphis, TN.
