The mission of Step uP Chattanooga is:

To see lives changed through reconciliation
To break cycles of poverty

By teaching the underemployed Biblical principles in work and finances, we help men and women discover their God-given purpose in work and life.

We invest in our community, committed to long-term relationships with individuals, businesses, and churches with a goal of experiencing reconciliation and in that standing together in unity.

Dignity of Work

God designed us to work and to find dignity through it, utilizing our God-given gifts. Colossians 3:23

God’s Word

We believe that the Bible informs who Jesus is and who we are in relation to Him, this guiding all that we do. Colossians 3:16

Biblical Justice

We believe the standard for justice is the one set out by Jesus Himself because He is perfect and holy. Ecclesiastes 3:17

Prayer

Our foundation is built on prayer in Jesus’ name, relying on His direction. Philippians 4:6
